While working as Design Director at R/GA, I led the design of the logo and identity system for Evolution, a strategy and digital consultancy.
The visual concept centers on focus and transformation. A constellation of dots converges into form — suggesting clarity, expansion, and forward movement. This became the foundation for a modular system built to adapt and scale across all brand touchpoints.
